The menu bar shows three dots

The server has stopped answering, or the Mac is offline. The board keeps the last departures with their age, the nudge leads a minute early until live data is back, and the app retries every thirty seconds. The status page says whether the server answers.

Nothing you can catch

Every departure on the board leaves sooner than your walk takes. The board names the next one you could make, and "show it anyway" lists the rest.

A stop is missing from setup

Setup lists the stops nearest the address you typed. Type an address closer to the stop, or add it later in Settings › Stops with its own walking time.

Leave-now notifications

Switch them on in Settings › Leave now and allow notifications for Zurückbleiben in System Settings › Notifications. One nudge per departure, at walking time; snooze for the day from the notification or from the menu bar item's right-click menu.
